A FEW THINGS YOU MAY BE WONDERING
Before the first note.
Is the daily price a daily rental plan?
No. The daily figure is an approximate equivalent of the monthly rent divided by 30. Rental payments cover three calendar months in advance, and a refundable security deposit applies. You receive the exact breakdown before deciding to pay.
Do I pay when I make a request?
No. We first check the instrument, size and date. Once availability is confirmed, we email a private link with the full offer, PayNow QR code and payment instructions. A request alone does not reserve stock.
What if I do not know the right size?
Select “Help me choose” in the request form, and tell us the player’s approximate height or your teacher’s recommendation in the optional notes. We confirm a suitable available size before payment. Please do not send a child’s ID details.
What comes with the instrument?
The rental includes a student instrument, bow and a suitable protective case or carrying solution for the rental period. The exact setup is confirmed with your offer.
